THE votes are in and the winner of Page 3 Idol 2013 is music-mad stunner Mellisa Clarke.
The 21-year-old DJ from Gravesend, Kent was thrilled to clinch the title, saying: “I’m over the moon – it's just so exciting.”
Thousands of Sun readers voted for the porcelain beauty – but she wasn't always so popular.
Mellisa said: “At school I was a real tomboy. I’d get insulted and called names like a 'grunger'.”
But now she is proud of her unique look, saying: “I dye my hair black as it makes my eyes stand out, and I have pale skin.
“My 32C boobs aren't enormous either, but I like them, and I think natural is beautiful. I’d never consider having surgery to make them bigger, the risks are just too great and it looks fake.”
She is currently single, but hasn't not been short of offers.
“Since entering Page 3 idol I've had a lot of messages on Twitter asking me out,” she tells.
“But I’m not in a hurry to meet someone. I'm enjoying myself and I want to make the most of every new opportunity.”
Mellisa has five tattoos – including a pin-up girl on her left thigh.
She said: “That was my first tattoo when I was 18, I've always loved the pin up girl look and it’s really cool that I’m a pin-up girl now too.”
