  SITE USER AGREEMENT
PAGE3 TERMS

1. All letters must be received by midnight on Sunday of each week that the offer is running.

2. The offer is open only to Page3.com users aged 18 or over, excluding employees of News International plc and its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents or anyone connected with the promotion or contest sponsors.

3. By entering all eligible entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

4. No liability is accepted for lost, damaged, delayed or otherwise invalidated letters; transmission is not proof of receipt.

5. The deciding of the winning letter will take place on Monday each week and shall be at News International plc's sole discretion and such decision shall be final. No correspondence will be entered into about the decision.

6. The Letter of the Week winner will receive a Page 3 calendar, but only if they are UK residents. Non-UK residents will be sent a Page 3 calendar and a Page3.com t-shirt. All other winners will receive a Page 3 calendar, except the winner of the What Planet Are They On? Letter, who gets absolutely nothing. There are no cash or alternative prizes.

7. Unless otherwise stated, winners will be notified only via e-mail for a postal address to which the prize will be sent within 28 days by unregistered 1st class post. Entrants agree to be fully liable for any personal or incidental expenses other than postage incurred in claiming a prize.

8. Uses of personal data received by Page3.com in the course of the promotion are subject to the Privacy Policy found on the Website. If you object to the uses of your data on any of the ways mentioned in the Privacy Policy. If you object to the uses of your data in any of the ways mentioned in the Privacy Policy and/or to being contacted by any of the methods referred to you should e-mail us at master@page3.com with 'P3' in the header.

9. By sending a letter entrants confirm that the letter is their own original work that does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and entrants irrevocably assign all and any intellectual property rights in their letter to News International plc or any associated or subsidiary company of News International plc for any further use without any further payment.

10. The winning letter will be published on the page3.com website and remain posted for one week from the date on which it was chosen as the winning letter.
