It all seemed to come so easy to the divine Miss Dowding.

In 1998 Leilani was spotted in Leicester Square and asked if she wanted to enter the Miss Great Britain Competition. She entered and won – simple as that.

She then went to Hawaii to take part in Miss Universe and took a year out from University. Her modelling career took off and, lucky for us, Leilani never went back to her studies.

Leilani made her Page 3 bow in 1999 and became an immediate hit with punters thanks to her exotic looks, which stem from her Phillipine mother and English father.

The stunning Bournemouth lass went on to be a hit with readers for several years before her Page 3 fame catapulted her on to various different TV and print projects.

As you would expect, luscious Leilani was snapped by various men's magazines as well as appearing on numerous TV programmes such as Dream Team, Celebrity Wrestling, Mile High and The Weakest Link.

Nowadays, ex-pat Leilani spends her time sunning herself in LA while she carves out an acting and modelling career for herself stateside.
