They say good things come in small packages and the gorgeous Katie Downes is no exception.

Standing at a diminutive 4'11'' and with tiny size three feet, the saucy scouser is one of the smallest employees we have here at Page 3, but is also one of the most stunning.

Katie made her Page 3 debut in December 2003 and became an immediate hit with readers thanks to her stunning curves and a personality that shone through in her snaps.

Not content reserving her curves for Sun readers alone, in 2005 Katie landed a role in comedy flick Deuce Bigelow: European Gigolo alongside Michelle Marsh, Nicola T and Nikkala.

Building her screen presence, she featured in Poor Little Rich Girls, a BBC show which saw her swapping lives with a toilet cleaner from Weston Super Mare, while also a guest on the home improvement series, DIY SOS.

More recently, Katie has appeared in BBC Three's Glamour Girls, which goes behind the scenes at the Samantha Bond Modelling Agency to highlight what the life of a glamour goddess is really like.

Despite all her small screen success Katie remains loyal to her Page 3 roots:

Another amazing thing to happen recently is that our Katie's started dating Arctic Monkey guitarist Jamie Cook – apparently he thinks she looks good on the dance floor as well as Page 3.
